Michael McTernan, CEO
Michael has always been involved in building things from scratch ? be they robots, services or organisations. Michael's career started at the Artificial Intelligence Department of Edinburgh University. He moved into the private sector where he created and managed a range of technical support services.
Later, as chief executive officer of Citizen's Advice Direct, he relished the opportunity to create not just a single service but an entire organisation.
Michael, who holds a degree in Electronic Engineering and an MBA, has many outside interests but most enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters.
Dr Richard M Marshall, Founder & CTO
Richard is passionate about building things that people will use. Rapid Mobile?s ability to quickly design, develop and deploy innovative mobile software solutions is founded on Richard?s ThinkPhone™ family of products, monetised by Ad360™
Richard has written and marketed several software products, including DOORS, the market-leading requirements management solution. He has a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Edinburgh. Richard has filed four patents on innovative mobile solutions since founding Rapid.
